Q2. What is the project delivery period?
18–24 months from the project start date.
Q3. Any payment plan permitted?
We offer three types of payment plan to our clients, These are:
FULL PAYMENT: This comes with an automatic 5% discount for clients who make a full payment.
INSTALLMENT PLAN: With this plan, the client is supposed to make a downpayment of 20% and spread the rest within the space of 2 years.
MORTGAGE FINANCING: This plan allows the client to make an initial down payment of 30% on the property, and the rest of the payment will be done by a third-party company, which will be the bank involved.
Note : All property listed under Court de Kowus will be ready for use within 12 months after payment
Q4. Is there any restriction as to the type of building I can have?
Though every subscriber is free to build the house of their taste, it must conform to the plan as zoned within the estate layouts. The property is meant for residential-type houses and must be built within areas designated accordingly.
Q5. What types of infrastructure will the developer provide?
Gate (security) house, perimeter fencing, street lights, electrification comprising of transformers, strings, poles connected to the national grid, security guards, a recreation centre, paved roads with drainage, CCTV monitors, and other concierge services
