Payment Plans

We offer three types of payment plan to our clients, These are:

FULL PAYMENT: This comes with an automatic 5% discount for clients who make a full payment.

INSTALLMENT PLAN: With this plan, the client is supposed to make a down payment of 20% and spread the rest within the space of 2 years.

MORTGAGE FINANCING: This plan allows the client to make an initial down payment of 30% on the property, and the rest of the payment will be done by a third-party company, which will be the bank involved.
