BIOGRAPHY OF OUR CEO

Mr. Emmanuel Owusu Lane is a transformational leader and a real estate professional who has been passionate about real estate from his childhood.

He began his noble career as a project manager for Kowus Consultancy and continued as a property manager for Walnut Associates Philadelphia USA. He further worked as a scrum master for Wizelink (a security software development company) and then as an agile project manager for Verizon USA in the year 2019 to 2020. After which his drive for real estate finally pushed him to found his own company Kowus Real Estate Ghana Ltd. in the year 2019 which he has been running till date.

His passion is to see lives transform and a belief in the African story being told by the young encouraged him to start his own company which employs a larger share of its workers to be the Ghanaian youth who are achieving great feet for the continent.

He is accredited with several certificates and licenses including, Agile Project Manager with Microsoft Project, Agile Project Manager: Comparing Agile Tools and Agile at work: Driving Productive Agile. He is also vest with skills in real estate management and property investments.
