HOW IT WORKS
1. Register to enroll in our referral program by filling out the membership form.
2. Your unique referral code, with which your referral is tracked, will be sent to the email you provided in the form you filled out.
3. A referred client to Kowus real estate must give their unique referral code upon completing the transaction to the sales officer in charge.
4. The referral must result in the sale or purchase of a property from KOWUS REAL ESTATE GH LTD before the referring agent is paid the 1.5% commission, depending on the property involved.

Earn a 1.5% commission for recommending a real estate purchase from KOWUS REAL ESTATE GH LTD.

and is open to eligible individuals whose recommendation leads to a real estate purchase from KOWUS REAL ESTATE GH LTD.
Payments will be made by KOWUS in cheque once the referral leads to a real estate purchase from KOWUS.
Referrals that do not result in the sale or purchase of any of our property will not attract any form of compensation.
Payment will be made to the Referring agent at the close of escrow or other completion of the transaction,
provided that the Referred company receives compensation for
the sale, purchase, or lease of real estate by the principal involved from the date of Agreement.
Eligibility
Participants must be 18 years or above and legally fit to enter into binding contracts.
Participants must have enrolled in the program by subscribing to the program on the kowusrealestate.com website.
Employees of KOWUS REAL ESTATE GH LTD, its affiliates, and immediate family members are eligible to participate in this program.
Referral Process
Participants must submit their referral through the kowusrealestate.com website.
The referred individual must complete the purchase of a property from Kowus Real Estate for the referrer to be eligible for the reward.
Payment Conditions
The referral reward will only be paid after the successful completion of the real estate purchase by the referred individual.
The reward starts at 1.5% of the sales made but may be negotiable depending on the property value and other factors.
Reward Limitations
There is no limit to the number of referrals a participant can make, but only one reward is given to the referral depending on the number of closed deals they make.
